Sylphe is a small but mighty waspie style corset cincher which delivers a dramatic shape with extreme comfort. This little cincher with it’s high cut hip gives the wearer a lot of flexibility and ease of movement making it a versatile ‘every day’ corset. Ideal for the petite figure or for those who have a shorter torso and can be worn as lingerie or as a dramatic statement over an outfit.

This corset will be hand made to order in virtually any colour of silk, or coutil.

• Dramatic waspie style corset cincher which gives a perfect 50’s nip at the waist

• The high cut hip makes it highly wearable for every day situations

• Designed to flatten tummy, smooth the torso, nip the waist and enhance the hips

• Single layer construction which makes it light and suitable as lingerie while also being strong, smooth, breathable and durable.

• 12 panels, 6 each side, with triple stitched seams and co-ordinated bone casings

• Top quality steel components with a combination of flat and spiral steel bones

• Nickel free eyelets in 4 colours

• Designed to suit most body shapes, can be customised to your own measurements

• Stiff underbusk as standard to improve comfort and shape - this is also a modesty placket

• Narrow waist stay for maximum shape and comfort

• Tubular cotton laces or ribbon lacing in co-ordinating colours

• 100% natural fabrics of the highest quality

• Choice of split busk opener or zip fastner

• Can be embellished with your choice of laces or flossing embroidery - please ask for details.

SIZING:

• This corset cincher is made from an existing pattern and has a wide range of fit and due to it’s smaller size, is usually a good fit in RTW sizes

• Our standard waist reduction is 4 inches with a 1-2" lacing gap - this will vary depending on body type and corsetting experience.

• Please try not to vanity meausre - a proper fitting corset will not only be more comfortable and more durable, but it will give you a much more dramatic shape.

ORDERING

• Upon check-out you will be directed to a form in order to submit your measurements and choose your colour from the choices giving. The price does not include a fitting. If the corset doesn’t give you a satisfactory fit, you can return and exchange it *terms apply. JB Corsets have an incredibly wide range of fit and will suit most body types. We’ll check your measurements and let you know if there seems to be any anomolies so that we can double check before cutting.
