So the first Siren Corset went out last week, in delicious 'Blue Grass' silk satin. I was quite skeptical about the colour at first as the tiny little swatch made the hue look rather green, but when the fabric came, it was GLORIOUS! Bluey/greeny/teal - perfect for a Siren, and quite perfectly irridescent. I got to work straight away as the order was for a repeat client who had a special date to wear it to.

Here are some pictures and close-ups of the finished peice which has now reached it's destination somwhere in the North Sea.

There were some scraps - just a tiny amount, enough to make some bone channels and binding for a little black sateen waspie and I couldn't bear to throw them away. It's size 22" (will fit UK size 8 person with 26-27" waist) and is listed for sale on Etsy at the ridiculous sample price of £150.00
